Terms of use

These terms govern your use of the Moonjar Mac beta and moonjar.ai, offered by AloaLabs, LLC. By using Moonjar, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the app or website.
The beta
Moonjar is a beta product. Features may change, fail, or become unavailable. Keep independent copies of work you need. The current beta is free and requires a Moonjar account. We will present separate terms before any future paid purchase.
Your account
Provide accurate sign-in information and keep access to your account secure. You are responsible for activity through your account. Contact us if you believe someone else has access. We may suspend access for misuse, security concerns, or to comply with law.
Your content
You keep your rights to screenshots, recordings, project files, prompts, and other content you bring to or create with Moonjar. You give us only the permission needed to operate the features you choose, such as processing an account request or a debug report you deliberately send. You decide what to capture and export, and you are responsible for having the rights and permissions to use that content.
Responsible use
Use Moonjar only in ways permitted by law and by the rules of any app, site, device, or account you capture or automate. Do not use it to access another person’s private material without authorization, bypass security controls, or infringe intellectual property or privacy rights. You are responsible for reviewing agent actions and exported work.
Third-party services
Moonjar can connect to Claude Code, Codex, and other agent tools, and may use Chrome and Xcode for captures. These tools, the websites you visit, and your Claude or ChatGPT account have their own terms and charges. You are responsible for those accounts and charges. We do not control third-party services or promise they will remain available.
App updates and availability
We may send in-app beta updates and change or discontinue the beta. Some features need macOS permissions, a network connection, or installed third-party tools. We may limit or end access if necessary to protect the service or other users.
No warranty
To the extent permitted by law, Moonjar is provided as available without warranties, including warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, reliability, or uninterrupted operation. This does not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Limits of liability
To the extent permitted by law, AloaLabs, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or business opportunities arising from use of the beta. Any liability that cannot be excluded is limited to the extent the law allows.
Ending use
You may stop using Moonjar at any time. To request deletion of your Moonjar account, email us. Removing the app or closing the account does not remove files you have saved locally; you control those files. Sections that by their nature should continue, including ownership and liability terms, continue after access ends.
Changes and contact
We may revise these terms as Moonjar evolves. We will post the updated terms here with a new date. If changes materially affect beta access, we will make a reasonable effort to notify you. Questions can be sent to chris@moonjar.ai.
